Sharp was a student of clarinet, keyboard, and cello in the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. After gaining a scholarship at The Boston Conservatory because of her passion for school theater Sharp applied for The Boston Conservatory. The Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp following her graduation. Sharp turned her attention to the stage. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel The show debuted Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and was in eight roles on the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp also appeared in Abyssinia and Aida. Other performances included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp's talents are not restricted to stage or screen. Sharp has written and written a number of projects. Alongside singing, Sharp is working on an album. Sharp is a fan of exercise. She is active by training in boxing, learning Krav Maga, and taking long trips on the road. Sharp has a home in Los Angeles.
